Kathryn Fryer

Kathryn Fryer has worked as a Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager for a variety of companies and industries. Her experience ranges from small start ups to medium companies reporting into the Board of Directors and Audit Committees.
Her background initially started in IT before she changed career paths and became an Accountant. However, having a strong knowledge in IT and Accounting has been greatly beneficial, not only to understand the accounting databases but how to configure systems and customise reports that provide owners and management greater insight into their business. Kathryn’s best skill is being able to take complicated accounting terminology and explain it to a business owner or manager in layman’s terms, build their knowledge and provide them with confidence.
She has a passion for managing teams and developing others around her and ‘giving back’ to the accounting profession. She has mentored a CPA student for the past 10 years and will continue this mentoring relationship for many years to come.
Kathryn brings this ‘coaching/mentoring’ style to her business, to work with business owners and help them achieve a project or challenge their thinking, have a strategic discussion and develop a business plan to action.
